Koosh Living at Griffin is pleased to announce the groundbreaking ceremony on January 14, 2022, at 10:00am. The groundbreaking ceremony will feature representatives from the development company, BSD Capital, local government and business leaders, and the general contractor.
The mixed-use project, located at 2750 Griffin Road, will showcase a new four-story, 79-unit multifamily and 12,500 square feet of retail space. Completion is slated for early 2023
